Let’s get into it!

RAISING THE LEVELS

🔈️ “Turn the TV off, turn the TV off”

Fast feet and variety in this drill. Love the energy here.

⛄️ Snow Ballers

They love football. This cannot be disputed.

🛠️ Skills and drills and video tape

These are some of our favourite drills and play activities…

⚡️ Fast. Futsal. Feet. “Small touches make a big difference, and fast decisions change the game.”

✌️ Just a 2 ball warm-up drill. Seeing more and more of these recently.

💫 How to get comfortable with going ‘around the world’. Superb.

💪 Putting in the groundwork to go around opponents.

🏠️ We love an indoor drill. The use of the space here is excellent. Top footwork.

THE SCIENCE

☀️ Active kids perform better at school

We get a ping every week with the latest news from science, academia and public health organisations about activity levels in kids.

And guess what?

Turns out active kids are not only healthier - but also more likely to perform well at school.

Here’s a small section from Nature.com’s latest research:

*PF = Physical fitness and PA = physical activity

Everything you had a hunch about is probably true - but these articles drop week after week after week.

For the intentional parent it’s fuel… ⛽️

It’s encouragement to keep going… ❤️‍🔥

and a reward for everything you’ve already done... 🍪

So this one’s for you. 🎖️
