Bruce Lee's Football Training Advice
How to be dangerous
Hey everyone,
Some Bruce Lee wisdom for you to keep in mind. 🧠

We share a lot of clips.
Don’t get me wrong, we love the never-ending flow of skills and drills available to us and our kids.
But there’s no doubt it can be overwhelming. Are we doing enough different drills and practising right?
So… bear in mind this gem from Bruce…
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
Hang on... Maybe he was talking about football?
It turns out having some go-to fun games and drills that are the core of your child’s football journey is not a bad thing at all.
Variety is great and stops boredom. But making a few core drills that never seem to get old in the back pocket makes total sense.
You’re doing a great job!
Okay, let’s keep going… 👇️
