Game-changing screen time
Not all screeen time is the same
Hey everyone.
Already we’re back in the thick of the schedule. I hope your resolutions are holding up.
This week we have more amazing clips from the community - as well as drills that you can try at home or outside.
We’ve also been thinking about screen time.
Just like food, it’s one of the challenges of parenting that is an ongoing evaluation process. And sometimes a battle.
But we’ve arrived at a conclusion that works for us.
Let’s get into it!

THE SCIENCE
🥽 Not all screen time is the same…
This story got us thinking about our relationship with screens and how we manage our kids’ screen time.
Our relationship with screens throughout our lives is always changing - as we grow up and as technology changes. Neither stays still.
There are times when screens can definitely enrich our lives and educate us - and also times when they are probably just brainrot, can be damaging and potentially even leave kids vulnerable.
There is no perfect answer. It’s not as simple as screens = good or screen = bad.
It’s constant change and because of that having an opinion and a view that’s also open to change and learning from new information is also important.
Stay open-minded folks…. and choose wisely. 🥦
Jayden Daniels made VR training a condition for any team drafting him.
Now he's NFL Rookie of the Year and 1 game away from the Super Bowl.
His edge? Training his brain at 1.75x speed.
