Wild behaviour
Hey everyone,
Before we get going - a big welcome to the latest subscribers. Great to have you here.👋
Usually we’re pure positive vibes but this topic is part of the game that’s hard to comprehend at times.
Parents going overboard at kids football matches is something many of us have seen.
Thankfully teams and governing bodies are doing lots to set clear boundaries and improve the situation.
But now and again I hear about things that are mind boggling.
I got shared this article - there are some absolutely wild stories in there:
Parents saying “break their legs” about opposing players. Children.
Firearms being pulled at a kids tournament near Salt Lake City.
A punch-up when a Dad withdrew his son from a bad-tempered game in Brazil.
It’s crazy how as parents we strive to do the best for our kids but then let them down so badly.
I’m assuming you’re a decent human and have never taken firearms to a kids football match. (It’s not on my parental to do list either.)
Anyway - let’s get into it. Some belting clips and inspiration waiting for you today 👇️
