👊 Having siblings makes kids more active

Rapid acceleration to evade opponents is frequently useful.

This study from The University of South Carolina was created to expand the limited knowledge of activity in kids aged under three.

Researchers found a 45 per cent increase in physical activity in children ages six to 36 months, but there were a bunch of factors that made an impact on each child.

“The team discovered that TV/electronic media use was associated with lower increases in physical activity, while the presence of siblings in the home was associated with greater increases.”
