Emotions happen.

But this is often where learning moments happen for parents - as well as for the kids.

How are you going to react if your child gets in a physical confrontation?

As parents, are we ready to feel emotions watching the game that are difficult to contain?

The hard truth is - we need to be.

💪 Smaller Vs larger players is a great coaching mechanic to build resilience whilst honing technique.

🦶 Focus on control using the outside of the foot. In a game you’re gonna need this.

↔️ Master this feint and get another tool to beat opponents.

⚡️ Try this for sprint technique, posture and power. Incorporating strength and conditioning work can be incredibly impactful.
